All honey products sold by Urban Hive Co. are natural, raw food products. Due to the nature of artisan honey:

• Product appearance, flavor, and consistency may vary between batches and seasons, as each harvest is unique.
• All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may not be an exact representation of every jar.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to decline any order at our discretion.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at checkout.

3. Subscription Services

Our subscription plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle. You may:

• Pause your subscription for up to 3 months at a time.
• Cancel at any time before your next billing date — no cancellation fees.
• Modify your plan (upgrade/downgrade) effective from your next billing cycle.
• Subscriber discounts apply only to active subscriptions and cannot be retroactively applied.

4. Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your honey fresh and in perfect condition:

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via carbon-neutral courier.
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (Honeycomb Club subscribers).
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Royal Harvest subscribers).
• Free Shipping: All subscription orders and one-time orders over $50 ship free.
• Damaged Shipments: If your honey arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
• If you're unsatisfied with the taste or quality, contact us — we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Allergen Notice

Our honey is a natural product and may contain trace amounts of pollen, propolis, and beeswax. Honey should not be given to children under 1 year of age. If you have severe pollen allergies, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming our products.
